Allow respondents to create their own accounts so they can review invoices and make credit card payments online

Dear JotForm Support Team,

Could you direct me towards the appropriate product to obtain to achieve the below functionalities?

1. Create a "Sign In" web page within a wordpress powered website. The end goal is to allow customers to create their own accounts so they can review invoices and make credit card payments online.

2. In this sign in page, the customer will also be able to review old purchases, see if they are due to order more of a previously purchased product, and perform other functions.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm not sure what you are looking for is possible with JotForm.

Although you can collect payments for selling products or subscription or for collecting donations or amounts that your respondents may define within the form with the help of any of the available payment processing apps that we have, I'm afraid that we do not have a way to let respondents create an account that would allow them to review invoices and/or view previously purchased products.

Also, it is not possible to collect account sign-up information using forms created in JotForm since collecting login credentials is against our terms. As long as it does not violate any of our terms, you may collect any data using your forms from your respondents and store it in JotForm which you may use at a later time.

Based on your initial query, I believe you want a web portal with customer sign in. Customers can sign in using their credentials to view their purchases and make payment. Is this correct? If yes, I believe you will have to take the help of any web developer to develop this.

You can also hire freelancers on www.upwork.com.  

JotForm is an online form builder, where you also have the option to embed forms on any web page including WordPress.
