Confirmation email to form respondent

Hi,

I have a question about a confirmation email that you receive after filling out the form. I would like to see that the person who fills in his or her e-mail address in the circled field, also receives a confirmation of the form in his/her inbox. How do I do this?

In order to send confirmation emails to respondents, please set up an Autoresponder email template. Here is how: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
