Question regarding my submission limit

    Hi, this is my third inquiry, you still haven't answer me.

    My question as below:

    My billing circle started on 22/8/2019 and I have paid, expired on 22/9/2019, but the submission has not reset, and now your system saying that my submission has exceeded limit.

    Please response to my inquiry, thank you.
