What type of account (if any) should I have

We provide websites as part of our business to a number of customers.

At present we have our own in house form builder which is reasonably comprehensive but not as good as the stuff you offer, especially with payments.

If we were to use your software, we would like to have the facility to hold the actual account but for each of our customers allow them to create their own forms and potentially have payment details on a form as well. Each customer would need to provide details to their own specific payment gateway.

We absolutely do not want one customer to be able to view another customers forms but we as the account holders need to have this facility

    Is this possible ?

    Hi Stuart,

Yes, that is possible since we now have the Sub-Users Feature. We have our Economy Plan (Best Value) that allows you to add up to 10 Sub-User Accounts. We also have Professional Plan that allows you to add 100 Sub-Users Account. http://support.jotform.com/pricing

Adding Sub-User and sharing forms can be done on My Account - Users section: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users
