Jotform signup was done using email id lifelineimmigration@gmail.com and after that we came to know that email id "info@lifelineimmigration.com" has to be use throughout the site, so after signup email id was updated and i am not able to login now its not even showing any message, it showed login suspended

In your account LifelineInternationalCareerandI, two of your Forms were collecting passport details in the Form which is the reason the Form was suspended.
Collection of copies of passports are allowed given that you will add the mandatory widgets (Terms and Conditions and Signature widgets) or enable form encryption on your form/s.
Kindly refer to our Terms of Use for more information.
I have deleted the fields for now from your Form and activated your account.
I recommend you add the E-Signature and the Terms & Conditions widget explaining to the user that they agree to give sensitive data such as Passport Number.
Also, please verify your email Id.
