A hidden field is showing up on the preview even when there is no condition to show it

as on my screenshot on my editing form the Discount Price are hidden..

as on this screenshot Preview and Fill Out form have same PROBLEM the Discounted Price is showing even there is no condition trigger it to show..

need help..i already troubleshoot many time same outcome..

Your conditional logic #5 is showing the field by default. You have the condition to hide the field. It defaults to Show since there is no logic to follow if the field is kept as hidden. You have to remove the field in that conditional logic to fix the problem.
