Some submissions are still encrypted after disabling the encrption

I turned off encrypted submissions on my form, but some are encrypted from before I turned it off. 

How can I see these responses. 

Please note that the submissions received when the form is encrypted remains the same though the form is disabled the form encryption. These submissions can only be decrypted by uploading the unique Private key and when the form is encrypted only.
