Condition is not inserting in my hidden fields.

I am having trouble with a single condition not working in my form. 

For scores on each of my five "Elements" of 50 or less, the word "Emerging" should enter into a hidden field in the survey, but it's not working for "Element 4: Development of an apprenticeship pipeline and steps to increase diversity assessment." There are other calculations that are working, that are set up the exact same way.

I need to get this working today. Please respond ASAP.

Set the hidden long text field in Element 4 condition to "ANY", otherwise, the condition will not met if it's set to "ALL".

It is because the "Development of an apprenticeship pipeline and steps to increase diversity Score" can only be equals to 50 or less than 50. That is why setting it to ALL won't satisfy the condition.
