    The radio buttons on my form are not responding when i view my form on a mobile phone.

    I have tested the form in your web page using my iPhone 7 and I was able to select the radio buttons.

    Can you please share to us the mobile device you have used and the web browser?

    I was using safari on an Iphone XR. It’s sporadic – often I have to refresh the page to select the button.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    It is the whole form not being responsive, not just the single choice element. I was able to replicate this once when loading the form. I think the form freezes up because of the height parameter which is controlled by the script part of the iframe.

    Please try the following iframe codes without the script part:

    The radio button issue seems to fixed, but now the bottom part of the form is not visible on mobile.

    Did you remove the form? I could not find it embedded on that site: https://www.brgeneral.org/in-the-community/events/hustle-for-your-health/

    Yes, we decided to just link directly to the form instead of embedding it. Too many issues but thank you for your help!
