Attachments submitted with the jot form are not accessible by the recipient.

    This happens for every attachment. Help!

    The issue is related to the account Privacy settings. The Privacy option "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is checked on the Settings page of your account, so only you can view the uploaded files while you are logged into your account.

    If you want to allow other users to view the uploaded files, you need to uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option.
