Why is my form saving with prepopulated example text?

I would like it to not prepopulate as if I was testing it when my end user clicks on it.

Please temporarily disable the "Continue Forms Later" option in Form Settings. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms.
