Account suspended

    I just tried to login to my jotform account because I found the link to my form was no longer working on my website and I found my account was suspended.  After reading other questions that have been answered, I'm assuming it's because the form asked for the user's SSN.  Please unsuspend my account and I will remove this question from the form.  Thanks.

    Hi,

    Your Jotform account got suspended because your form is asking form sensitive information which is against our terms of use. Here's the link:

    We need to delete the guilty fields so we can restore your account back to good status.

    If that is okay with you, please let us know. Thank you.
