I would like to change my pw but something happened upon setting up the account that I am unaware of what it is - so now to change it I don't know what the current one is - it also set me up with a non-work email (still mine) so I don't know if I allowed it to auto-generate a pw or not - but now I am stuck.....

You may use the forget password to receive a reset password instruction to your email address.
