Hi I still have submission credits but it still say that its on quota

I have checked your account and see that it was automatically placed into an over-limit status. However, upon further checking, it appears that shouldn't be the case since your account has extra 30 monthly submissions that were rewarded for completing some of the tasks under the Get More page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore
