using jot form to creat "voting" buttons

    How can I use Jot form to create buttons on my site that allow visitors to "vote" for something specific on my site.  Ideally I would like to have my visitors be able to "vote" for a specific thing on my site and have it automatically either tally the votes or send me an email.  what is the best way to do something like this?
