Inquiry about form submission limit

    Hello,

    I have been using jotform for a few years for our marching band.  Many months (Jan - May) we have hardly any submissions, and then we are very busy  June - Sep.  I recently was informed that we will have our form cut off on Monday. Does that mean just until the new cycle begins?  The form will still be there right...we just need to reset? It just doesn't make sense for us to purchase this huge plan for only a few months of the year. We are a nonprofit and just don't have the funds to do such.

    Hi @lnijjar,

    Yes, you were right. I can see that your account reached the monthly submission limit. This will reset on the next cycle. You'll able to access the form and receive submissions again afterward.
