How to customize form URL?

Is there a service or feature that allows you to customize the jotforms URL?

It's possible to customize URL of your form in Jotform.

To create custom URL for your form , please follow the below steps:

1. Please click PUBLISH button on your form builder.

2.To create custom URL , please click the pencil icon.

3.You can type the custom URL of your form. Once you change it , click the Apply button.

4.You can delete changes with Undo button.

5.Finally you can share your URL with COPY LINK button.

You can also use custom domain so you can use user own domain on form URL instead of JotForm. But, it is only available for the Enterprise plan.
