You may use the Text element to create a button and set the link.
Sample HTML button code:
<p><a class="button" href="http://google.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Click me</a></p>
You may add this custom CSS to style your button.
a.button {
border: 2px solid blue;
text-decoration: none;
color: black;
border-style: outset;
border-color: #0066A2;
height: 50px;
width: 100px;
font: bold 15px arial, sans-serif;
text-shadow:none;
border-style: outset;
background: #0066A2;

I have checked your form and you have not placed a Text element and inserted the HTML code.
Kindly check this screen cast:
Once you have inserted the HTML code inside your Text element, you may add the custom CSS.
Kindly copy all this code and insert it to your Form Designer CSS:
a.button {
border: 2px solid blue;
text-decoration: none;
color: black;
border-style: outset;
border-color: #0066A2;
height: 50px;
width: 100px;
font: bold 15px arial, sans-serif;
text-shadow:none;
border-style: outset;
background: #0066A2;
