Need help creating two forms

Hello -

I have a pet sitting business and I would like help from Jot form creating the following two forms for my website.  I started the process, but then I realized it would take me a really long time so I'd like to know if I can get help.

The two forms that I need help with can be found under this link:

Carefree pet sitter waivers

* Policy and Procedures (for customer review and signature)

* Pet sitting contract (Some fields for customers to fill out plus review and signature)

This form looks like it only has text fields which the customer will review. So you can use the "Text" field and copy the content from your form into the Text field.

At the end of the form, you can add a signature field/widget.

The format of this form looks like a fillable one. For this purpose, you can use the Narrative fields widget in your form - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/narrative_fields.
