    Hi there,

We have paid for the full service yet we can't add extra questions to the form and the bandwidth doesn't seem to increase so it moves very slowly.

    Help!

    Thanks.

    Regards,

I checked your last edited form "92410534670452". This form already has numerous questions and hence it is slow. Adding any more questions to the form will make the form nearly unresponsive.

So I would suggest that you split the form into two so that it is easy to manage i.e. separate the questions into two forms. You could also consider changing the form layout to Classic forms and use a multi-page form.

    Hi Gerard,

    Thank you for your response.

We're thinking to include logic jump in the questionnaires with different follow up questions when they respond differently.

And using one question one page will ease the respondents when they answer the questions given how many the questions are.

Can you suggest us what's best to do?

Because using classic form with all questions in one page will probably make the respondents lose their interests.

And if we split the form, can the 2 or 3 pages be opened in the same link?

So there will be only one link for all pages.

    Thank you.

And if we split the form, can the 2 or 3 pages be opened in the same link?

If you are referring to multi-page form by adding page breaks, it is still considered as one form and all the fields shall be loaded when the form is accessed. Our colleague was referring to split the form into two different forms to reduce the load on the form. You may redirect the user from one form to another using the Thank you page redirection.

Also, as I check the form I notice that the 'Continue Forms Later' option is enabled which could be also causing the lag. This option saves the data of the fields in the browser storage each time and further causes some delay in accessing the form.

If you want to save the form data and accessed from any PC/browser, you may consider using session parameter method. However, it is required to be a multi-page form. Please check the following guide that can help you with this.

If you want to use the card form layout, you may check the following guide.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/495-Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms

You may use either layout depending on your requirement and their performance will be the same.

    Hope this information helps!
