Change account username

    I'm working for an agency that uses your services for one of our clients. By mistake, I used our own account instead of the client account. I already updated the primary email address but can't update user name. Can you please change from RadarSydney to RoyalRehab, please?

    As per your request, we have now changed your account username  from RadarSydney to RoyalRehab. You may now logout and login again to your Jotform account using the new username. If you are using any custom URLs for your forms, it is required to update the username in the URL and share/embed them again.
