Can I create a sign-up-for-available-date form using your tools?

I need to build a form to sign-up people to make sanctuary flower donations for Sunday Services. That means creating a form listing dates for every Sunday, AND showing which ones remain available (no sign-up yet) for the next visitor . I was planning on embedding the signup on a page on our site, with the donation functionality handled separately on the same page without tying the two together (we use authorize.net. We could possibly do the donation part using our same authorize ID  through JotForm (though that's not required). We just really need the sign-up-for-available-date portion. Please recommend a solution... Thank you!

    Hi,

To be able to come up with your solution, you will need to use some javascripts/PHP and database programming together with the form.

The 'listing dates and remaining available...' is a functionality that cannot be done on the form builder alone. So, you will need to code your own function for this.

You can design your form using the form builder, then use its source code on your web page. Then, inject the function you created for the listing.

You will need the database because you will need to do query as to which dates are still available or not.

You will need the ff: guides

Hope this help. Inform us if you have more question.

    Thanks.
