    To Whom It May Concern,

I created a detention referral for our school. Myself and another teacher are in charge. I have her collaboration rights to create the form with me, but she does not have access to view the analytics, reports, etc. I NEED her to be able to do this, so I don't have to email her all the time. Please help!

A collaborator is able to modify the form itself but can’t access submissions, analytics and reports etc.

It is required to create sub user accounts to make possible this type of access and only enterprise users are able to create sub user accounts.

On the other hand, you can integrate Google Spreadsheets with JotForm and share the spreadsheet with your collaborator. Thus he/she can display the submissions.

1-) Go to the SETTINGS page.

2-) Click on the INTEGRATIONS tab from the menu on the right.

3-) Click on the Google Sheets option.

4-) Click AUTHENTICATE button and give access to JotForm to create a sheet file in your Google account.

5-) You can adjust your drive folder and sheet file name from here.

6-) Click to the COMPLETE INTEGRATION button.

7-) You are able to display the sheet file by following this link and you can share it with your collaborators. The file is actually located in your Google Drive.

8-) Click to the FINISH button to back to integrations list.
