Change username and email address of account.

The person in charge of our account has left the company.

I need to set up the new name for the login name and email adress.

It appears that you have access to this account. You can change the email address by going to Settings >> Profile >> In the email field click on edit

For changing your username, please provide us 3 alternative usernames you would like to change your current one. We will check the availability and change the username accordingly.
