I have a client who said the website is not accepting their payment. I created a test page and everything went through fine so I don't know what is the issue here. Please help fix so I don't loose my customer.

To clarify, may we know if you're using the Stripe test card to test your form or are you using a live card to test?
The error indicates that your form might be connected with Stripe using an outdated API keys.
Can you please try to re-integrate your form again with Stripe?
