Has my form been disabled?

    Hi there!

    I am using Jot Form on this page:


    We went over our limit over the weekend and have just now deleted a lot of the content so we are now below our limit, but our form is not back up.

    I did receive an email that our form has been disabled- so do I need to do something to enable it again?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue seems to be with the form caches that caused the issue. We have now cleared the form caches and the form is being displayed normally on your web page. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
