form submission limit

 Hello,

My jotform was working wonderfully, until today- where it keeps reading message 'this form is currently unavailable." I double checked on the end date that was set- and that piece is fine- it's set to be active until Sept 27th.

Has this form been disabled for any reason?

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/81985637276271 and it seems you have set it to be disable when you have 1000 submissions.

Currently the forms holds 1,000 submission that is why the warning message is showing.

Kindly remove the submission limit for your form to work.
