Do I need an account to receive a response from a website using Jotform?

    If I submit a request through a company’s website, and I get an email back from JotForm, do I need JotForm to get a response from this company?

    Hi @Jgroth2,

    Having a Jotform is not necessary to receive a response from them unless you were told to do so. It only means that they are using Jotform to create forms and used our default email as the sender email for their auto-responders. They'll probably contact you to your provided email address.
