Hello, I have a deadline, is there a way to get the answer faster please? Can I speak to someone? I am receiving an error message every time I fill out my application. Why is this happening? I cleared the cache and it's still happening.

I have just tested a submission on your form. I can see the submission works fine, and you are redirected you users to the following webpage when the form is submitted - https://www.stanislauspartners.com/ex-sum-info/confirmation.html
The error appears on the webpage and not on the actual form. The form data is being submitted successfully. Please see the screenshot of my submission -
Please fix the issue with your webpage or you can use Jotform's in-built thank you message to show the successful submission confirmation. Here is the user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page
You may delete my test submission. I hope this helps.
