Previous data that was submitted was autofilling on my form.

Got this email from colleague

You might want to checkout the on line volunteer application.  We ended up stopping because the application kept coming up with Ann Keller’s information even though we got the arrow confirming that her application had been completed and had closed the window. 

It is a situation where there was a group using several computer stations in order to complete the form.  Evidently after some uses, the information from a previous person was "remembered" by the computer.   

What is the solution?   Also found that in my testing after a few times it would "keep" the information and I wasn't able to clear it.

Are you referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/92036650139152? I just tried submitting it and tried visiting it again, but it didn't pull the first submission. Can you please confirm if I'm looking at the right form or share the correct one so we can test.

I checked your form and I can see that you have the autofill option enabled. Disabling that will prevent it from automatically filling the temporary stored cache.
