How to fix jumbled text after registering through JotForm link?

    We getting all this jumbled text when registering through the RSVP link for our center’s March 27th event. This was not an issue before. The issue started sometime yesterday afternoon/evening. Is there an issue with the JotForm website right now?

    Can you please advise? We do not want our event participants seeing this jumbled text.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting. We have encountered the problem earlier and it seems to be fixed now. Our team are also doing their best to prevent this from occuring again. If you continue receiving this error, please feel free to update us here.

    Let me also clarify that submissions is not affected with this error. You will be able to continue receiving reponses with your forms.

    Hi Elton,

    I am still having the issue where the "Autoresponder 1" message is not being sent. When I try RSVP'ng, I no longer get the jumbled text, however, I still am not getting the registration confirmation via email. Can you fix this issue?

    Hi ,

    I checked your Autoresponder 1 and I noticed that the Recipient Email is set to blank. Please change it to e-mail. Please see image below. Thanks.

    Hi,

    To go to Autoresponder 1. Please follow the steps below.

    1. Open your form to edit.

    2. Click Setup & Embed > click Email Alerts > click Auto responder 1.

    3. Click Reply-to and Recipient settings.

    4. Then edit the Recipient Email.
