    Good Morning, 

    I recently had my home ip whitelisted due to the belief that the form I created was phishing for information. The form was under account daata with the email used in this ticket. 

    I have since answered all the questions required to unblock my ip and was wondering when this review will be completed. All information collected on my form is submitted by users and then used by my team to acquire product for our customers. 

    We were also planning on upgrading to the silver package so that we would be HIPPA complaint. 

    Kindly advise.

    Hello David - Could you please let us know the URL of the thread/ticket where you answered the required questions you are referring to so we can check it?

    Also, this form: 92445469998177 is requesting for credit card details on plain field texts which is why your account got suspended.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    We need to delete the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, let us know so we can proceed.

    please go ahead and delete the guilty fields from my form.

    Please refrain from creating such forms or adding any guilty fields to the forms to avoid any further suspensions on your account.

    i still cannot access jotform on my home IP address. 

    The same notice is given to me indicating a phishing attempt. Please assist so that I can create changes to my form

    I have since added the stripe payment method on my form. 

    Is there anyway to view the cc information submitted by users after their form submission? And is there a way to export this in formation as well?

    Unfortunately, you cannot see or store the credit card details in the Form. The most you can do is enable the Credit Card authorization in the Form so that you would be able to charge the user later.
