I had to make a change on an original form. Changed form looks fine, I uploaded new form, but the email notification is not reflecting information from that change. What do I need to do differently? The email answer is what's giving the problem.

Edits to the form will not be reflected in existing email notifications. You can easily include any new fields in the email editor, but the easiest thing to do will be to recreate the email notification.
