How Main Account Can Access Sub-User Created Forms

    Hello,

We have a user ("mcollins@branco.com") set up on our account who creates and sends out forms, but these forms are not visible to the main account holder while logged in.

We used to just share the main user's ("brancoenterprises") login credentials to create and send out forms before creating this user.  But creating this user has restricted our view and access of their forms.  How do we do get around this?

Please note that when you add a sub-user account, you add it in your account and share your form with sub-users. This does not give you access to sub-user account as its a different independent account.

The only option available is to ask sub-user to move form to the shared folder. The following guide should help on how sub-user can move form to master account: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account#option2

Alternatively you can ask your sub-users to send us a message to transfer form to your account and we will do the needful.

We will wait for your response.
