My password reset link doesn't work and I've tried multiple times.

    I keep getting a message saying it's expired and that is only 11 minutes from the time I got the email.

    Hello,

    I could see from the email log that there was around 9 password reset emails sent in a span of 10 minutes. Were you able to reset the password?

    If not, please note that usually, the reset link is active, I think for around 10 minutes. 

    If you haven't been able to reset the password yet, we'll send a reset link from our end and then you can try to change the password. Do let us know.
