Sharing submission with colleagues through a public link

Hi,

I have a question about the inbox, is it possible to share the submissions of the inbox with my colleagues  without creating a subaccount, to have a public link ?

You can share your form submissions through a public link. Here's a guide to help: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page. 

If you want your colleagues to also receive email notifications as soon as a form is filled, you can try including their email address as one of the recipient emails.

It is not a form where i have submissions that i want to share, i want to share the inbox without giving acess as subusers. When i try to share the inbox url they have to login the jotform acount, so I'm looking for a public link to share the submissions inside the inbox.

I dont want that they receive all the submission on there e-mail.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share in the inbox submission unless the user has access to your account or is a sub-user.

If you want your users to view all your form submission data, you may try creating a report and sharing the link.
