paypal subscription problem

    Hello, we have added a subscription paypal button a to a form, over 2 months ago with trial - none, but the users are reporting receiving a trial email from paypal, I just double checked the form and it is saved as trial - none, is this the correct setting and also I looked in paypal and this button cannot be checked inside paypal because it was created in jotform, are there any safeguards in place, this is important to our business and we might lose clients and revenue because of this. please advise, we are a paying account, login:blazevic.


    We need to know how the trial option was set up in paypal without our knowledge and how can we avoid this happening in the future, as well as be able to check the status of the button. Also once the account billing was stopped by accident, and had to be reestablishedm could this have played a part?
