    Hi again.

I find your product better than the competitor, I managed to make a really complete form, just as I wanted.

The main reason why I decided to use your service is that I can sync the contact informations from the submissions to my google contacts using something called Zapier, really practical for me.

The only thing I miss is to have the possibility to hide the empty fields in the submission I get by mail in the same way as the empty fields are hidden in the submissions on your web page, if you understand what I mean.

I have submitted your feature request to our dev team.  They will consider it, however, we do not have an ETA on the implementation of this/

As soon as there are any news, they will update this thread.

    Thanks fo your feedback!

    Hi,

We have a new feature in jotform. This is the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" from advance tab under Preferences. Have you tried these already? Please confirm if these works in your side.

Note: if the email alert has been edited, it becomes now 'dirty' if how we call it. Which means the said feature will not be work anymore, unless you recreate the email alert.

    Thank you,
    Kenneth
