I've added an input table with Morning, Afternoon, Evening as the columns and mon-fri as the rows. My respondents can only choose one answer for each day however. I want them to be able to choose multiple options for each day. No limits on the entries per row. How can I do this?

Is your issue related to the MTC Fall 2019 Planning form?

It seems that you were able to resolve the issue, as I tested your form and I was able to select all row options.

Yes! I didn't know that have to use "checkbox" style for unlimited responses. I originally had radial or circles to click on. It's not obvious though so I think that has to be more clear.

Usually the single choice or radio button selections are limited to a single selection  while the checkbox will let your user select multiple options.
