I created a form and placed it on a customers website. I have a free jotform account. Can I direct that form to his email address? Currently it comes to me but the client says he is not getting any of my test emails.

Yes, you can use the email address of your client as the emai recipient of the notification. You can do this in the Recipients tab inside the email settings. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email.

Please take note that if you use the "Test Email" button, the test emails will always be sent to the account's email address.

Is this the email address of your client [Sales@dr**art.com]?

I checked the email history logs and I can verify that the emails were sent successfully. Here's a screenshot:

Also, the email recipient is not on the bounce list. Please advise your client to check his/her spam folder or junk mail.

He/she can also add the sender email [noreply@jotform.com] to your Contacts or Address Book.

If the issue persists, then please try using an SMTP as the Sender Email. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
