I clicked on the Charge Customer Now link but nothing happened

    Hello. I have a client that is due to be billed for her subscription on 9/15. She would like to be billed today. I went to view form submissions and clicked a link that said "charge customer now" but nothing happened. Did I take the correct approach? How can I change billing dates in the future? Did she/will she be charged multiple times?

    Hello Brandon,

    You have set the Square Integration to Authorization only. Please note that the authorization will expire in 6 days. If that particular client has submitted the form a few more days prior, then I'm sure that has expired which causes you to get nothing when you click on the charge now link.

    The expiration notice is visible under Additional Gateway Settings, see below:

    If this is the case to your end, you will have to ask the client to re-submit the form so you can charge them immediately. If you also do that, their subscription will start the day you charge them.
