Jotform Trello Power-up: Error on authentication window as well as on the card when "fill a form or create new form" are used

    Hello - 

    I have linked the jotform I created to our team Trello board but we are having issues.  I am able to see the form and successfully fill it out and submit, but no other team members can see the form. They get "no form found".  How can we get the jotform to be an option on cards on our trello board?  I have tried unlink/relinking the jotform and it's still not working correctly.  Not sure what we are doing wrong.

    Are you referring to the "Attach a link" option that appears when you add a comment or any other section to the card?

    Or do you mean the POWER-UPS section?

    We are sorry that the thread has not been addressed in a timely manner. I think someone might have been already working on it to check with Trello account.

    However, I have tried adding a form to a card and checked from a different team member login on my test Trello account, the form link seems to be displaying normally in the card. Also, I was able to submit the form since it is opening using the form direct link.

    Could you check once again and let us know the workflow that you are using so that we can try to replicate the issue at our end to assist you?

    its still not working properly.  I am the only one that can see the form as an option under Power-Ups.  Does everyone need a jot form account or should they be able to see and fill out the form in the Trello card?

    If you choose to add a Jotform form on your team's Trello board, your team does not need to have a Jotform account. They should be able to open the form and fill it out.

    I've tested this using my test accounts and was able to add the form from Account A, then fill the form from Account B.

    However, if you are instead wanting to have any of your team members to be able to add a form in power ups and select one of your forms, then that is not possible.

    Note that the link between Trello and Jotform is on account basis, and not by team. So, if Account A has Jotform, he/she can add his/her Jotform form to Trello board, and everyone on the team can fill it out.

    Likewise, Account B can fill out the form added by Account A, however, in order for Account B to add a Jotform form, he/she needs to link his/her Jotform account and can only select his/her forms.

    I am trying to disable jot form and reattach....I get this warning message every time:  Should that be happening?

    Thanks for reporting that error, I'm not sure if that's related to Trello but I have escalated it to our higher-ups so they can further investigate. We will let you know once this is fixed.

    FYI, I also received an error message when I add a new form or fill a form.
