My google calendar isn't integrating

I'm having problems integrating my google calendar. I granted jotform access via email and it just loads on the authenticating screen. When I go to the actual integration screenI'm not able to select my calendar.

I can't seem to find your Leading Prospecting form, can you please share the link?

May we know if you're using the Date Picker field as your date?
