I have a form for Lake County Tow that has some legal Content in it. I would like that legal content to print on my pdf when it is submitted so that it is part of the pdf form. This is the text that is on the form that I  would like to copy to the pdf

I am the registered owner/authorized user of the above-described vehicle. By signing below, I hereby acknowledge that I have been given an opportunity to inspect, and have, in fact, inspected this vehicle before removing it from the tow lot and did not observe any damages to the vehicle that I believe was caused by the towing company. I further have inspected the interior of the vehicle and none of my personal items are missing or otherwise displaced

Are you referring to this Form:

I noticed that the text is already present in the PDF. Are you referring to any other Form where the text is not there?

You can drag-drop the text to the PDF document as shown above.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
