Problems with recieving forms/charges

    Hi - I have had individuals tell me that they have completed the forms and paid, but I am not receiving their forms. please help

    Your form is encrypted that's why we can't check the submissions you're referring to. Also, upon checking your form, the payment field is not set as required. They can unselect the default option as well.

    Perhaps, they didn't make a payment and just submit the form? 

    I suggest making your payment field as required so that your users cannot submit a form without choosing the option in your payment field.

    Please check your submissions page and see if there's a transaction number/payment made.
