Upgrade Price from Bronze to Silver

Hi JotForm Team,

3 days ago we paid for Bronze level. But turns out we need to upgrade it higher. We're planning to go for Silver. Our question is: how much should we pay to upgrade to Silver given the condition that we used Bronze only for 3 days? Do we have to pay the remaining price of $ 20 USD?

To which account is your question related to? I checked your email address and I only found a guest account that does not have any forms.

Is your question related to the account fatmawati.bkpm? If so, you will only pay the difference between the plans once you update it from a Bronze to a Silver plan.

You were already charged the difference only, when subscribed through Stripe you're automatically prorated:
