    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. 

    Are you unable to download the submissions of the following form - https://www.jotform.com/form/92333882733462

    Can you please tell us what is the username of your account? Is it Padang&Co?

    It seems that there is an issue with your account, as I canot find it in our system. I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    Yes, its the Padang&Co account.
    I can't download any of the submissions of the forms that I've created.
    Let me know if there are any details needed to expedite the process.

    Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this issue. However, you may try downloading the submissions to Excel or CSV using the following Submissions link.

    Hi Kiran,

    I would like to check in with your team, I am having issues downloading various uploads from participants. Both .pptx and certain .pdf formats are unable to be downloaded. Can you help me find out what are the issues? It keeps sending me to the error 404 page

    The issue seems to be with the account username with ampersand symbol (Padang&Co). Since the & symbol as the connector in the URL parameters, the download links may not be working. If you can provide us with the other form ID or the link that you are trying to download so that we can check further and assist you.

    We see that the issue has already been forwarded to our backend team for further investigation. Once we have any information in this regard, we'll let you know here.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconveniences caused, as my colleague explained due to & symbol you cannot download any of your files. To fix this issue we can change your username back to Keslie_Christina or any username you want. We are waiting for your response.
