Somehow when we use JotForm in our app the fields autofill with previous information. It means when someone use the forms to register other people's details come up like bank account number. Also in the tests we have to do, previous answers come up which will help people cheat. I found information on a previous post about disabling the form using continue forms but that is already disabled. I'm assuming therefore it must be something to do with the settings on the Kindles we use but we cant seem to find how to stop it. We just need to check there is nothing else we can do in JotForm before we look elsewhere
thanks

Is this the form in question https://www.jotformeu.com/form/92183143709357? It will more likely to happen if you are using the same device especially if it has an autosave feature.
May we know what app you are using to view your form? Using the form itself on a browser like Chrome or Firefox should not autofill any previous information. You can also open it on Incognito or Private mode as an option.
Looking forward for your response.

Yes that's the form but it is doing it on all forms. We are using Kindle 8 for office registration. The app is our own app called MP Resourcing. Everything is good on PCs etc but for some reason we cant stop Amazon Kindles from autofilling and cannot see anyway of doing it. I tried adding chrome to a kindle and seeing if it used that to open the app and remove autofill but still happened so don't know where to start

Unfortunately, it is out of our control if a 3rd party app is the one forcing to save and fill the data. My suggestion is to try Jotform Mobile Form app kiosk mode https://www.jotform.com/help/571-How-to-Use-Kiosk-Mode-in-JotForm-Mobile-Forms.
You don't need to use your own app in this case. Please review that and see if that will work for you.

Thank you. We managed to eventually find out how to delete the app data. Took us a while but got there in the end.
