Hey,
We're using google forms in the company, which I'm not really fond of. Is there a way to protect google forms with password? Form is used only by particular people in the company and I don't want anyone other than them to join in. Seems like you're also a form builder and if you have such a feature, let me know.

Google forms does not have such feature that allows you to protect your forms with passwords.
Fortunately, JotForm comes with many benefits in terms of data collection and security. JotForm provides an in-built feature through which you can put password protection for your forms. This feature will help you in cases like customer offers for limited time, private event registration, or cases like yours - internal company use - . Thanks to password protection, only those who have the password can access the form and fill it out. Others won't have the access the form as well as the data included in it.
Unlike Google Forms, JotForm offers many features and possibilities to its users, some of which are (1) over 10.000 ready-to-use form templates, (2) payment integrations such as PayPal and Stripe, (3) design customization, and more. That's why we believe JotForm is the best Google Forms alternative.
Please follow these steps in order to enable password protection:
1- Select the form you want to use password protection.
2- Go to Settings and click on Show More Options.
3- You need to check Enable Password Protection and set the password.
When you share the form with others, they will see a page asking the password. Once they fill it out, they will be directed to the form.
Please contact us if you have more questions.
