Incorrect fields are shown/hidden

I need this quickly resolved because this form is going to be presented to our International on Monday!!!!  This could lead to a huge sale of JotForm accounts so this should be top priority for you!!!

 

Yesterday, this was how it appeared when clicking on the link and this is how it's supposed to appear:

This is how it's appearing TODAY:

 

The WRONG fields are appearing and it won't look good if our director flies across the country to show this and it's not showing correctly!  He will be back from a meeting in less than 15 minutes so that we can go through this and it won't look good if it's not working right!

Please fix ASAP!

You have added a condition where in it shows/hides fields if Tracking = Yes.

Note that if the condition is satisfied, the show/hide rules will be followed. However, if the condition is NOT satisfied, it does the opposite. So, since Tracking field is hidden and by default has no value, then it does not satisfy the condition. As a result, all those fields which you set as hidden if Tracking = Yes, will be shown, and all those fields which you set to show will likewise be hidden.

If you do not need such condition, you can delete or disable it.

OK but it didn’t do that yesterday when I created that condition. It changed the way it looked between yesterday and today. I went ahead and created another condition that is the exact opposite so it’s working as it should now.
